Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or sent to production. As all prints are made to order, cancellations are not possible once production has begun or the order has been shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Because each print is produced on demand, returns are not accepted for change of mind.

Refunds or replacements will be offered if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was received

To request a refund or replacement, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, I will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Minor colour variations due to differences in screen displays or custom production
  • Normal wear, handling, or damage occurring after delivery

Processing Time

All prints are made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order is shipped. Processing times may be longer during busy periods.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • South Africa: 2–5 business days
  • International: Not applicable

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or local postal services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size of the order.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional shipping fees to be resent.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact me and I will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.
